Malgosia Green, Founder & CEO

Malgosia works on strategy, finance, marketing and international sales from our North America office. Previously, she was the Director of Product Management at Affinity Labs, an online communities company that was funded by the Mayfield Fund and Trinity Ventures. It was acquired after 14 months by Monster Worldwide (NYSE:MWW) for $61MM. Malgosia is regular speaker at technology, entrepreneurship, and education conferences. Malgosia is fluent in English, Polish, and French. She holds a B.Sc. (Honors) in System Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo. Full Bio→

Michelle Caers, Chief Customer Officer

Michelle leads the international sales, marketing and business development team. She has over 15 years experience in international business development with leadership positions in 4 successful start-up companies involved in technology, corporate training and higher education. Michelle made significant contributions to these organizations by closing over $14 million in new business and establishing strategic partnerships key to their success. She is a regular speaker at corporate training and higher education conferences and has lived and worked in France, UK, Japan, USA and Canada. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and and an MBA from Nottingham University Business School. Full Bio→

Dhiraj Ahuja, Senior vice President - Operations

Dhiraj Ahuja is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a career spanning over 16 years in Banking, Insurance, & BPO industry. Over the years, he has acquired knowledge in successfully leading profitable business operation, setting up call center operations and scaling them profitably besides gaining invaluable exposure in analytics and CRM best practices to achieve cross selling & customer retention objectives.

He has set up new business verticals from scratch in his previous roles with leading MNCs and Indian companies like ICICI, GE, New York Life et al. He has used his expertise in channel sales and direct marketing initiatives (direct sales, telesales, mobile / internet sales) with an ability to influence cross functional teams and business partners, to grow fledgling new business ventures into big contributors of top line and profits. He is Green Belt certified in six sigma quality tools.

At Savvica, Dhiraj manages entire gamut of operations spanning across Call Center Operations, Finance, Administration, Business Performance Reporting and Analytics besides enabling decision making across Marketing and Sales to maximise profits and increase productivity of operations. Having worked his entire career in BFSI domain, Dhiraj has taken a plunge into Education (& Digital Marketing) industry with a vision to create significant value for its employer besides acquiring industry domain knowledge to run business successfully

Rajiv Mohan, Vice-president - Marketing

Rajiv manages the digital marketing efforts for the web properties: learnhub.com, studyplaces.com and jumbotests.com which are a part of Savvica. Rajiv started his digital marketing career as a founding member of the Google team in India. During his 6 year stint with Google, Rajiv worked on the online sales and product marketing teams of various Google products some of which include Google Analytics, Google AdWords and Google website optimizer. Rajiv played a pivotal role in the marketing launch of Google Analytics and in scaling the online consultation and support teams for the product in Asia. Post his Google stint, Rajiv joined one of UK's leading media groups, Progressive Media, as the Head of its Online marketing and sales division where he was responsible for the marketing and sales functions of more than 70 renowned B2B and B2C web properties. Rajiv is an MBA by education and has been a part of the digital marketing strategic advisory teams at various multinational corporations. Rajiv has been devoting a considerable amount of time towards trying to decode the DNA of successful new media start-ups in the emerging markets and is enjoying his Intrepreneurial stint at Savvica.

Rajat Pathak, AVP Sales, India

Rajat Pathak heads India sales and business development team. He was previously the Head Admissions/Placements/Extension Program for NIIT University.

Rajat has experience of over 14 years in areas such as profit centre management, B-School / University Admissions and Placements, product management, sales and marketing, and strategy and leadership building. He has worked with reputed Institutes and Universities including ICFAI, IILM, NIIT University and with various Indian and Foreign corporations including Castrol India, Swastik Pipes Ltd and REPSOL Gas. His acumen, experience and understanding of diversified markets and his style of leadership, which blends empowerment with accountability, bring forth fresh ideas and change. His strengths lie in delivering sustained growth in revenues and profitability in dynamic markets. He has a proven track record in B2B, B2C and B2G domains, in industry verticals such as LPG, Automotive, Manufacturing Education and Service.

Rajat has done his PGDMS from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, New Delhi and Bachelor of Commerce from Calcutta University.

Vikramaditya Bhalla, Vice-President Counseling

Vikram heads counseling initiatives at Savvica. A talented student counselor, he brings on board a wealth of experience in managing counseling staff to ensure they deliver the highest quality of service to students interested in higher education. Vikram has over 8 years of experience in heading counseling business units. Having worked on developing student focused counseling services for the top brands in the industry, he understands that student requirements and admissions criteria are constantly evolving in a dynamic world economy. Accordingly he manages the team to respond to market demands in a flexible student focused manner providing well researched comprehensive information. He leverages on his experience at Lancaster University UK, international university visits and networks with admissions officers to help bring students the best advice.

Wesley Moxam, Director of Engineering

Wes leads our product & engineering teams in North America & India. He is an industry veteran who has been producing web applications for over 10 years for clients such as Pfizer, Astrazeneca and The Discovery Channel. Wes graduated from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. Full Bio→
